Pennridge commission approves consent agenda, notes 2023 audit and adjourns to executive session

On July 24, 2024 the Pennridge Regional Police Commission approved a consent agenda that included July 26, 2024 meeting minutes, the July 24, 2024 financial report, payment of bills totaling $102,939.77, and the June 2024 Chief's Report. Commissioner Jay Keyser moved to approve the consent agenda and Commissioner Dave Nyman seconded; the minutes record that all present voted in favor.
Chief Paul T. Dickinson Jr. presented a letter from auditors Zelenkofske and Axelrod LLC notifying the commission of the 2023 annual audit. Mr. Keyser moved, Mr. Nyman seconded, and the commission took notice of the audit; the motion carried unanimously among those present.
On a motion by Mr. Nyman, seconded by Mr. Schirmer, the meeting was adjourned into executive session to discuss personnel matters. With no additional discussion the meeting adjourned at 5:20 p.m.
