The Danvers Planning Board on Jan. 13 continued a public hearing on a site plan review for 200 Endicott Street, where Raising Cane’s Restaurants, LLC proposed a stand‑alone restaurant with a drive‑through in the Commercial III (C‑3) zoning district.
Atty. Nancy McCann, representing Raising Cane’s, told the board the applicant needed additional time to complete a traffic review and to finalize draft conditions the board asked to be incorporated into a decision. The board granted the request and continued the hearing to Jan. 27, 2026.
The motion to continue was made by Michael Decoulos and seconded by Jim Sears. Roll‑call votes were Michael Decoulos — Yes; Jim Sears — Yes; Jean Hartnett — Yes; Louis George — Yes. The motion passed unanimously.
The application was filed under Section 4, “Site Plan Review,” of the Danvers Zoning Bylaw. No new traffic study findings, draft conditions text, or revised plans were presented at the Jan. 13 meeting; those items remain outstanding and will be considered at the continued hearing.
