Danvers sanitarian reports new and reopening food establishments, permitting backlog

Complaints cited in the minutes included overflowing trash at 240 Conant Street, for which enforcement action was under consideration, and property-maintenance concerns on Liberty Street that may prompt an abandoned-property investigation. The minutes note an upcoming demolition and redevelopment plan for 17 Florence Street and receivership updates for the historic property at 199 Hobart Street.
