Terenzio Volpicelli of Roselli, Clark & Associates presented the FY24–25 independent auditor’s report to the TECCA Commonwealth Virtual School Board on Dec. 4, saying there "were no difficulties" while performing the audit and that a prior finding has been resolved.
Volpicelli told the board that the federal Office of Management and Budget compliance supplement was delayed by the recent government shutdown and that the single audit for FY25 produced no findings. He also said TECCA’s separation from TEC will provide excess cash resources.
Board members did not record a separate formal vote on the audit presentation in the minutes. The report and accompanying materials were included in the packet distributed to directors ahead of the meeting.
