Inwood council adopts sale of Lots 2 and 3 to The Overland Group

At a public hearing on Jan. 20 the council offered Lots 2 and 3 in the North End Subdivision for sale to The Overland Group, LLC for $92,000; there were no public objections and Resolution #3-25 was adopted.
Mayor Becca Bixler opened the scheduled public hearing on the proposed sale of Lots 2 and 3 in the North End Subdivision to The Overland Group, LLC. The council announced the offered price of $92,000 for the two lots and recorded that there were no oral or written objections from the public.
Jordan Huyser moved and Chad Evans seconded a motion to introduce and adopt Resolution #3-25, authorizing the sale of Lots 2 and 3 to The Overland Group. The motion passed with AYES from Rick Rozeboom, Chad Evans, Jordan Huyser, Shannon Faber and Mark Timmerman. The clerk recorded the adopted resolution in the minutes.
The council subsequently moved to adjourn, and the meeting ended with a unanimous vote to adjourn.
