The motion passed on a roll‑call vote with Councilpersons Vogt, Gorden, Bruns, Daniel and Wilson voting aye.
The ordinance was described on the agenda as "An Ordinance Amending Lake City Code Title III Community Protection Chapter 3 Traffic Code Section 3‑326 Snow Removal." The council did not receive public comment during the hearing and did not record any amendments at first reading.
