Agency staff said the mayor's nominations—Dan Carol, Phil Farrington, Joe Monthly and Dana Siebert—were included in the meeting packet and had been previously approved at the June 8 council meeting; agency approval is required by the appointment process. Councilor Leech moved to appoint the nominees to two-year terms beginning July 1, 2026; Councilor Kashinsky seconded. The motion passed unanimously, 8-0.
The appointments were procedural and concluded the agency’s second agenda item. No additional discussion or conditions were recorded during the agency vote.
