The Iowa Falls Board of Education approved a $47,530 contract with Perry Novak Electric to relocate several high‑school solar panels, a transformer and a disconnect so the high‑school phase‑one construction can proceed; the motion, made by Robison and seconded by Chris Stauffer, passed 5–0.
Denovo Construction Solutions provided a project report for the high‑school project during unfinished business. Under the consent agenda the board also approved a contract with Team Services for construction testing at $26,329 (lowest of three quotes) and a contract with Marzano Resources for October 2025 professional development and workbooks for $14,456.46.
Separately, the board approved the FY24 financial books by motion of Stauffer, seconded by Moore, carried 5–0. The electrical relocation must be completed before the start of the high‑school phase‑one project, per the board’s discussion and motion.
