Council President Adam Lambright called the meeting to order and the roll was recorded with Council Members Steve Schrock, Justin Geigley (vice president), Ray Folk and Marlynn Mast present; Clerk-Treasurer Lea Parks participated via Zoom. Town Attorney Bill Eberhard and Town Manager Stewart Bender were listed as in attendance.
Council Member Ray Folk moved to approve the agenda "as presented," and Council Vice President Justin Geigley seconded. The council recorded the vote as "All Ayes." Later in the meeting, Justin Geigley moved to approve the minutes of the April 27, 2026 meeting; Steve Schrock seconded and the council again voted "All Ayes."
Adam Lambright closed the Park Council meeting at 5:01 p.m. Ray Folk moved to adjourn, Steve Schrock seconded, and the motion passed "All Ayes." The Park Council will next meet on June 22, 2026 immediately following the regular Council meeting.
No ordinances, contracts or budget actions were taken at this session.
