Minutes state Kwik Star/Kwik Trip has approval from DOT and ITC to install ingress and egress at the site and that there is a shared city easement with ITC at the lift station and ITC substation. The easement grant to the city is described as being provided at no cost and the improvements will be maintained by Kwik Star/Kwik Trip.
