Concord trust asks town to seek state Level II environmental review for 91B Main Street

The motion passed by unanimous roll‑call vote after brief discussion about whether Habitat for Humanity might consider the site without a new study.
Trustees said the review would help determine the level of environmental risk and inform any decisions about pursuing the property or other options, and they asked the chair to include the request in the action to be sent to the town manager.
