Council member Brendan Burtnett moved to close the hearing at 7:11 p.m.; Jackie Sapp seconded. After closing the hearing, Council member Jackie Sapp moved to approve the variance request and Burtnett seconded. The motion passed 3-0, with council members Kelly Netcott, Brendan Burtnett and Jackie Sapp voting yes. Members Tim Salasek and Ben Adams were absent.
The minutes record no additional conditions or contingencies attached to the approval. The council took no further action on the property that night beyond approving the variance. The meeting adjourned at 7:49 p.m.
