Mayor Randolph Yeakel called the special open session to order at 6:00 p.m. Council members Tim Lodin, Chad Lang, Dana Kraft, Jessica Fowles and Phyllis Jordanger were recorded as present.
Council member Jessica Fowles moved to open the hearing on the property tax levy; Council member Tim Lodin seconded the motion. The council recorded that "all were in favor" and the motion carried. After the hearing was opened, the record states there were no comments from the public.
Council member Chad Lang moved to close the hearing; Lodin seconded. The council again recorded unanimous approval and the motion carried.
