Councilmember Lisa Eng-Sarne moved to approve the final reading of the snow-emergency ordinance; Councilmember John Justen seconded the motion and the council voted 6–0 to adopt the amendment. The consent agenda — which included approval of March 23 minutes, a Criminal Justice Network Joint Powers Agreement renewal, Central Square contract approval, rental licensing, donations to the city, parking restrictions on Butler and Delaware Avenues, and a prosecution contract extension — was approved earlier in the meeting by a 6–0 vote.
Councilmember Pat Armon moved and Councilmember Doug Fromm seconded the appointments to boards and commissions; the motion carried 6–0. The meeting adjourned at 7:54 p.m. on a motion by Councilmember Wendy Berry, seconded by Councilmember Robyn Gulley; all members present voted aye.
