Public hearing on Bay Haven/Len Pratt annexation continued after developer submits revisions

Bayport City staff informed the Planning Commission that the developer submitted revisions to the Bay Haven/Len Pratt annexation and preliminary planned-unit development for property including 4745 Stage Coach Trail and adjacent parcels owned by multiple property owners.
Because the revised plans were submitted the same day, staff said it needed additional time to review and comment on the revisions. The commission opened the public hearing, invited public comment, received none, and voted to continue the hearing to a future Planning Commission meeting. Staff will set the rescheduled hearing date and notify property owners and publish notice as required.
Property owners named in the application include Bradley and Janet Anderson; James and Christine Otto; and Frank and Kathleen Thompson. The developer application was submitted by Len Pratt's Homes. The commission did not take final action at this meeting.
