The motion approved authorizes the mayor to sign a contract for audits for fiscal years ending 2026 through 2031. During the motion the council recited a tiered fee schedule mentioned on the record: not to exceed $23,000 for FYE 2026 and 2027 (as stated), $24,500 for FYE 2028, $26,000 for FYE 2029, $27,500 for FYE 2030 and $29,000 for FYE 2031.
