Public Works seeks paving quotes for W. RR Street after culvert failure; Yellowstone repave considered

Chair Jodi Mackay suggested repaving Yellowstone Street instead, saying Yellowstone may be in worse condition and could be a viable alternative to avoid the more extensive stormwater work tied to W. RR Street.
No formal decision was made; staff will obtain quotes and return with cost and scope estimates. The culvert replacement itself was completed and paid for from LURA funds, according to the minutes.
