Parks director warns of repeated flooding at Lake Hall; drainage fixes urged before interior repairs

Park staff said they would wait to repair interior sheetrock and baseboards until exterior drainage is fixed to avoid repeated rework.
Other parks priorities raised included upgrading six campground pedestals to 50-amp service, removing several large hazardous trees (quoted roughly $15,000), and evaluating whether to add county-owned public docks (the commission was inclined to hold off given existing public access).
No procurement or construction contracts were approved during the session; staff said they will get quotes and return with a plan that minimizes disruption to scheduled rentals.
