The Feifers described occupancy limits (four adults and four children) and said they would use JC Kia with Tide for management; county staff again recommended approval, there was no public comment, and the board approved the permit.
Both approvals were taken with routine motions and voice votes; the board closed the items with approvals and moved on to other business and adjournment.
