He said the applicant addressed staff revisions, traffic counts were reviewed and the recommended roadway improvements and culvert work were included in the plan.
A commissioner moved to approve the final plat and accept the amended site plan; the board voted in favor by voice and the motion carried. The petitioner was asked to provide finalized materials to staff following the meeting.
