A motion to grant a six‑month extension was moved, seconded and carried by voice vote.
The extension preserves the developer’s ability to advance engineering and permitting work required before final platting; commissioners said they appreciated the update and expected the petitioner to report back at the end of the extension. No conditions beyond the six‑month timeline were recorded in the motion.
