City staff also reported a recent audit result: “It was a clean audit, so no issues,” the staff member said, noting the audit showed no exceptions. The staff member added that promotional expenditures originally budgeted at $45,000 had been reduced, with actual spending coming in at about $23,000.
In other personnel and governance news, the staff member said they had been appointed to the executive committee for the NEON Municipal Court of Treasurers and that the new role will require attendance at additional meetings.
