During the public-comment portion, Elva Flores said many projects have been discussed over time and that the city should provide more communication and outreach to keep the community informed about project status, progress and implementation efforts. A resident also suggested consideration of a dog park as a potential community project.
No formal action was taken on specific projects during the meeting; Goolsby invited the public to submit input for prioritization as part of the ICIP process. The Board did not set a timeline or vote on specific ICIP listings during this session.
