Planning and Zoning Administrator Jon Pettit said he contacted property owner Olson, who told him she had instructed the renters to remove the shed. Pettit also reported that a renter identified as Hanson agreed to remove the shed but that another occupant resisted. Pettit said the renters asked for additional time until the ground dried and the commission or staff allowed a 30‑day period for removal.
The minutes do not record a formal enforcement hearing or a vote beyond staff contact and the 30‑day removal timeline. Staff will follow up on compliance; no fines or additional penalties were recorded in the minutes.
