Board members said advertising could be improved to boost participation from visiting pilots; the Montana Aeronautics newsletter was singled out as an effective channel where a short note like "50¢ off fuel" could attract pilots. The discounted fuel pilot had limited uptake (two aircraft used the sale), prompting discussion of timing and clearer promo placement. Organizers recommended placing vendors inside the hanger for visibility, stationing an ambassador at the pedestrian gate to hand out flyers, and avoiding date conflicts with other regional events.
Board members volunteered to draft thank‑you announcements and a donor list for publication. Airport staff will consider the operational suggestions and incorporate them into future planning.
