The resolutions indicate the proposed improvements would be paid entirely by the landowner, and the town clerk was directed to publish and post the required hearing notices pursuant to Town Law §209‑d.
The engineering material submitted to the town states the annual average cost for a typical single-family four-bedroom residence would be $594.10. The board also made the Map, Plan & Report available for public inspection in the Town Clerk’s office.
