Greenburgh board adjourns Dale Industries hearing to May 13 and adopts a package of routine resolutions

• A local law amending chapter 4440 of the town code governing tax exemptions for volunteer firefighters and ambulance workers (the board moved and approved the measure and will refine language in follow‑up work sessions).
• Budget transfers and capital allocations for drainage and library budgets, and a series of contract awards and retentions (including engineering and legal retentions) reported in the consent package.
• Authorization to execute a grant agreement for senior transportation with Westchester County and to go out to bid on prepared meals and diving‑board replacements at town pools.
Most consent items were moved, seconded and carried with 'Aye' responses recorded on the record. For items requiring further documentation or public input (for example, the Dale Industries site plan), the board set a new procedural date.
