The Village of Roselle approved several development and engineering actions during its meeting.
Trustees adopted a resolution to authorize change order No. 1 for the Kennedy Force Main Rehabilitation Design with RJN Group Inc. for $37,545. The board next approved an agreement with Civiltech Engineering for phase one and two design engineering services for West Bryn Mawr Avenue improvements in the amount of $134,678; staff said the study will coordinate with Lake Park on construction timing and school-related use changes.
The board also passed an ordinance approving a redevelopment agreement for Carnivore US within the East Irving Park Road TIF district. Trustees discussed milestone-based disbursements for that project, including an initial $25,000 payment and subsequent disbursements tied to verified construction milestones (fire suppression completion, water main extension) and a forgivable-loan structure upon project completion.
Finally, trustees approved accounts payable lists for June 9 ($1,257,350.31) and June 22 ($3,769,227.84) by roll-call votes.
All three engineering/development motions carried on roll-call votes.
