Cohasset EDA approves agenda change, final Blandin loan payment and consent agenda

Agenda change: EDA member Rod Heller moved to approve the agenda with an alteration to the 2026 meeting calendar (changing Nov. 17, 2026 to Nov. 10, 2026); Mitch Kellin seconded. Voting in favor: Mayor Josh Casper, Rod Heller, Conrad Feldt and Mitch Kellin; absent: Andy Haarklau. The motion carried.
Final loan payment: EDA member Mitch Kellin moved to approve the final payment of the EDA Emergency Working Capital Loan to the Blandin Foundation in the amount of $2,285.00; Rod Heller seconded. Voting in favor: Mayor Josh Casper, Rod Heller, Conrad Feldt and Mitch Kellin; absent: Andy Haarklau. Motion carried.
Consent agenda: The EDA approved the consent agenda, which included December financials ($583,558.23, unreconciled), November financials ($583,421.18), a loan recap for December and approval of the Dec. 2, 2025 EDA minutes. Rod Heller moved to approve the consent agenda; Mitch Kellin seconded. Voting in favor: Mayor Josh Casper, Rod Heller, Conrad Feldt and Mitch Kellin; absent: Andy Haarklau. Motion carried.
