The consent items approved were: A) Minutes – Feb. 19, 2026 regular meeting; B) Approve claims; C) Fee waiver request – Friends of the Angel; D) Fee waiver request – Maple Grove Lions Half Marathon; E) Fee waiver request – Marias Voice Candlelight Vigil; F) Fee waiver request – Maple Grove Rotary first responder appreciation; G) Special use and fee waiver request – Maple Grove Chalkfest (Maple Grove Arts Center); H) Special use and fee waiver request – Maple Grove Days; I) Special use and fee waiver request – The Mayor’s Ice Fishing Tournament 2027; J) Special use and fee waiver request – Rockn the Grove; K) Hennepin County Library Landscape Services Agreement.
Motion to approve was made by Board Member Krista Kuhnly and seconded by Board Member Deb Syhre; the board voted seven ayes, no nays and the motion carried. The vote recorded no individual nay votes or abstentions.
