Dubois County approves CaseBase software trial and equipment for Community Corrections

The county will also purchase eight iPads and seven security enclosures at a combined cost of $3,031.28 to support the system. The contract record states the monthly price will rise to $3,500 beginning January 2026 if the county continues the service beyond the trial period. The board authorized Community Corrections Director Wyatt Madden to sign the agreement on behalf of the county. The motion carried unanimously.
The approval is framed as a trial period to evaluate the system before committing to the higher recurring cost in 2026.
