Councilors asked whether geotechnical borings (core sampling) were included; staff said borings are being quoted separately and expected to be ready for the next council meeting. The approved work advances the project from planning to the final design phase so the city can solicit construction bids.
Council members said they expect further updates on platting and coordination with St. Louis County as design documents are finalized.
