Staff warned crews might encounter fieldstone under the thin asphalt; if so, the contractor may have to rip out and replace deeper base material. Reuse of millings elsewhere on county roads was discussed as a cost-saving measure if material quality is appropriate.
Votes taken: commissioners moved, seconded and carried both motions to purchase equipment and accept the pulverize quote.
