The council required that vehicles not be parked on Main Street until after 4 p.m. and stated that the event organizer is responsible for addressing any problems that arise during the events.
The motion to authorize the street closures passed unanimously. The council did not attach additional permit conditions at the meeting beyond the parking and organizer-responsibility requirements.
