City Engineer Dave Schechinger told the Council the project is roughly 90% complete, explaining that final grading and bringing the facility online would finish the remaining work. The Council approved Resolution 2024-33 to release the payment.
Councilmembers noted progress toward completing the facility and moved the project toward final commissioning and closeout.
