Board formally accepts certified results for Measure 36‑239 under state law

The Yamhill County Clerk provided certified materials and county analyses for votes within the district.
A motion to accept the certified results for Measure 36‑239 was moved by a board member and seconded; the board approved the motion unanimously, 6‑0. Staff indicated the superintendent or board vice chair would sign the acceptance form and return it to the county clerk to satisfy the statutory requirement.
District staff said paperwork had been submitted on time to counties and that tax collections and other fiscal processes tied to budget work were proceeding. The board recorded the acceptance to create the required administrative record.
