Council members also addressed related preparedness documents that same night: the council reviewed and signed the Melbourne Hazard Mitigation book and designated Clerk Mary Pothast, Beth Smith and Josh Fuller to attend a forthcoming meeting about those documents. The council did not discuss implementation dates for the 28E agreement in the minutes.
