Melbourne council approves 50% reimbursement for Schuler's ROW tree removal

The reimbursement covers the removal fee only; stump removal was excluded. The council did not discuss any additional city-wide tree-removal policy at the March 25 meeting.
The council adjourned at 7:30 p.m.; the Schuler reimbursement action was recorded in the meeting minutes.
