The consent items listed in the minutes were: A) Minutes — Regular Meeting October 6, 2025; B) Cash Disbursements — September 2025, $281,504.35. No items were removed from the consent calendar for separate discussion.
The board convened at 5:00 p.m.; President John Russo called the meeting to order and Director B. Rowe led the Pledge of Allegiance. The meeting was adjourned by consensus at 5:19 p.m.
