The hearing provided an opportunity for residents to comment on the proposed FYE2027 budget; however, no members of the public spoke during the session. The council recorded attendance of Council members Michael T. Hadley, Steve Pfeifer, Joe Adrian, Cyndia Crafton and Jim Gaines. City Clerk Sarah Claeys was also present.
Council member Michael T. Hadley moved to approve the meeting agenda and Council member Steve Pfeifer seconded. The motion carried with five ayes. The minutes note the action as routine approval of the agenda; no substantive budget votes or amendments were recorded during this hearing.
Mayor John Capps adjourned the meeting at 6:46 p.m. No additional hearings or votes on the FYE2027 budget were recorded in the meeting minutes provided.
