Separately, Assistant Executive Director Corey Testa presented a proposed Citizens Leadership Academy: an eight‑week, free program capped at 25 participants to educate residents about town government, led by department heads with interactive sessions and tours. The Board expressed strong support and directed Testa to return with a specific funding request from the Babson Fund for ancillary costs once department cost estimates were compiled.
