The Board ultimately agreed to set the FY27 figure using the FY26 bottom‑of‑range base for Job Group 14 ($126,684) and apply a 2% COLA, a 1% service adjustment, and 2.5% merit for a FY27 salary of $133,772.60.
The motion to recommend the FY27 Town Clerk salary passed unanimously (Aufranc, Freiman, Largess, Sullivan Woods, Ulfelder). The recommended figure will be presented to Town Meeting for final approval.
