Woody Blanton then moved and Tom Ramsay seconded approval of the second reading of Resolution 2024-11 (water service agreement with Ashville), and Tom Ramsay moved and Woody Blanton seconded approval of the second reading of Resolution 2024-16 (ODOT maintenance). Both second-reading motions carried by recorded unanimous votes of the council members present.
