At the Nov. 10 Caledonia City Council meeting the body approved minutes from Oct. 27 and the consent agenda by unanimous vote. Member John Rauk moved to approve the minutes (seconded by Member Dave Fitzpatrick) and Member Bob Klug moved approval of the consent agenda (seconded by Member Amanda Ninneman); both motions passed unanimously.
The council approved a requested modification to the Doering Estates Phase II purchase agreement to reinstate language allowing certain properties adjacent to the parcel to connect to city utilities as those utilities become available; the motion, moved by Member Bob Klug and seconded by Member John Rauk, passed unanimously.
The council reviewed overtime reports for Oct. 12โ26 but took no action. Staff announced a Veterans Day closure (Nov. 11) and the next regular council meeting scheduled for Nov. 24 at 6:00 p.m. Mayor Jeremy Leis adjourned the meeting at 6:53 p.m.
