Council reviews draft sewer lateral ordinance, requests further comment

Staff distributed the draft at a prior meeting and asked councilors to provide comments. At this meeting council discussion focused on proposed penalty provisions and the numbering of ordinance sections. One councilor noted it would have been beneficial to have the ordinance in place prior to recent CIP work. Staff said they will keep the draft open for continued comment and refine provisions based on council feedback.
