At the Jan. 5 meeting the Village of Denton Clerk/Treasurer Charlotte Te Brink reported cash balances across funds and the November 2025 Keno report, which showed gross proceeds of $338,564.11 and a village share of $25,887.79.
Trustee Doug Rosekrans moved, Trustee Amanda Fangmeier seconded, and the board approved a $40,000 transfer from Keno Checking to the General Fund. The board also approved Claims List A totaling $45,427.00 (notable items include APMS Inc. $31,313.00 for crack sealing/striping and a $3,500 entry for Jason Johnson), Claims List B $9,755.91, and December payroll $11,025.23.
The minutes list other vendor and utility charges (Norris Public Power $1,324.08; WRT water treatment lease $1,434.07; etc.) and record that the APMS and other vendor payments were included in Claims List A. The clerk certified that the minutes were correct at the close of the meeting.
