East Rockhill approves $310,680 escrow release for Park Hill Estates roundabout and $13,667 contingency

The East Rockhill Township Board of Supervisors authorized two escrow releases for the Park Hill Estates subdivision during its Dec. 17 meeting.
Township Engineer Steve Baluh reported that costs for recommended signage and a message board were deducted from a contingency escrow. On a motion by Supervisor Jim Nietupski, seconded by Supervisor Gary Volovnik, the board authorized Escrow Release Voucher 1 for Park Hill Estates in the amount of $310,680.52 payable to Select Properties for roundabout improvements, and Escrow Release Voucher 2 in the amount of $13,667.70 payable to Select Properties for contingency. The motions passed unanimously.
Baluh said minor signage remains to be installed. He also reported he has requested Traffic Planning and Design prepare a preliminary design for a Stone Edge culvert for consideration at the January meeting.
The actions release developer-controlled funds to the payee listed for specific improvements; the minutes record amounts and payee but do not include a detailed contractor invoice in the transcript.
