East Rockhill auditors elect Blake Eisenhart chair; Vicki Sellers named vice chair

Blake Eisenhart, an elected auditor, was elected chair of the East Rockhill Township Elected Auditors at a business meeting on Jan. 7, 2025. Vicki Sellers, also an elected auditor, was chosen as vice chair. The meeting was called to order at 4:08 PM by Marianne Hart Morano, township manager and temporary chairperson, at the East Rockhill Township Municipal Building in Perkasie.
The reorganization took place by unanimous votes. On a motion by Vicki Sellers, seconded by Blake Eisenhart, the auditors elected Eisenhart chair; Morano then turned the meeting over to him. Eisenhart moved, with Sellers seconding, to elect Sellers vice chair; that motion passed with all present voting in favor.
The auditors next considered minutes from their Jan. 3, 2024 meeting. On a motion by Sellers, seconded by Eisenhart, the body adopted those minutes as presented, with all present voting yes.
The minutes record that the township's 2023 Financial Statement and 2023 Concise Statement are posted to the East Rockhill Township finance webpage and that the elected auditors were provided a link to those documents. Auditor Blake Eisenhart recommended that the Board of Supervisors, or at least one supervisor, meet with the appointed auditors once the 2024 audit is complete as a best-practice step to improve coordination between elected and appointed audit officials.
No members of the public or press were present for the meeting. The auditors scheduled their next meeting for 4:00 PM on Jan. 6, 2026. On a motion by Sellers, seconded by Eisenhart, the meeting was adjourned at 4:13 PM.
