The council also approved Resolution Nos. 25-053, 25-054 and 25-055 authorizing fiscal-year-end transfers and transfers from the TIF fund to the LMI and general funds. The meeting minutes show the splash pad budget and related TIF payments reflected in the bills list and fund totals presented to council.
Council members did not ask for separate consideration of individual bills during the consent vote. The action clears routine business so staff can process the approved payments and proceed with ongoing project work.
City Engineer Forrest Aldrich later told the council the splash pad project is ahead of schedule, with the parking lot poured, approximately half of the pad poured and the control building set.
