Procedural approvals taken alongside the budget included routine consent items such as minutes and financial reports. The board noted that additional PPEL/SAVE information will require a special board meeting to discuss future ballot or planning choices.
The board’s vote was recorded as unanimous among those present (Board members Lane, Stockdale, Satern and Ropte; Board member Mertz was absent).
